L3A Working Group "AI Usage" has developed a practical handbook to support the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence in Luxembourg’s fund administration industry.

Building on industry survey findings, the report addresses four key areas: Corporate Secretarial Activities, KYC/AML Automation, System Integration & Data Management, and Skills, Training & Change Management.

It provides regulatory insights, highlights key challenges, and outlines best practices to help firms leverage AI opportunities while meeting their compliance obligations.
