1° Can you outline the history and activity of your company in a few words?

Founded by an experienced team with a strong track record in Luxembourg, Elevator21 is committed to transforming this legacy industry by enhancing operational efficiency, lowering costs and helping develop a stronger local talent pool.

2° What do you believe you can offer to L3A and the alternative administrator provider ecosystem ?

We are committed to supporting alternative fund administrators in improving operational efficiency and lowering costs through AI-powered software, workflow automation, manager and investor portals, and apps. We look forward to exchanging ideas with L3A members and contributing to Luxembourg’s fund services ecosystem.

3° What do you see as the greatest opportunities offered by Luxembourg in the alternative administrator provider market? What are the main challenges to be tackled in order to capitalise on these opportunities?

Luxembourg benefits exceptional talent, extensive fund-industry experience and a strong regulatory framework. The challenge is to build on these strengths while keeping servicing costs competitive, as cost pressures force many administrators to outsource critical functions to offshore locations. Elevator21’s AI-first technology can help administrators manage costs and provide services locally through increased efficiency, strengthening Luxembourg’s position as a leading centre for alternative investment funds.
