1° Can you outline the history and activity of your company in a few words?

Creand Wealth & Securities celebrates its 15th anniversary in Luxembourg this year. As a fully licensed bank, we provide an integrated platform combining Depositary & Custody, Fund Administration and RC services, Corporate Services, Cash Management & Brokerage, Wealth Management and Credit Facilities, serving asset managers, AIFMs, family offices and institutional investors.

2° You have recently decided to join L3A - what are the key reasons behind this?

Our fund administration business, particularly in private assets, has expanded significantly in recent years. We recently extended our existing NeoXam GP4 platform, already used for traditional structures accounting, with the additional modules needed to support private assets on the same system. Joining L3A lets us engage directly with peers shaping Luxembourg's alternative administration ecosystem, exchange on regulatory and operational best practice, and contribute the perspective of a licensed bank operating across the full value chain.

3° What do you believe you can offer to L3A and the alternative administrator provider ecosystem ?

Our distinctive contribution is the perspective of a licensed bank operating across the investment servicing value chain. Combining Depositary, Fund Administration, Banking and Wealth Management gives us a broad view of both managers’ and investors’ needs. We look forward to bringing this experience to L3A and contributing to pragmatic, efficient and forward-looking industry standards.
