1° Can you outline the history and activity of your company in a few words?

Bolder Luxembourg S.A. was founded in September 2010 under the name Circle Investment Support Services (Luxembourg) S.A., as part of Circle Partners Group. Following the 2021 merger of Circle Partners and AMS Financial Group into the global Bolder Group, the company was renamed Bolder Luxembourg S.A..

Based in Senningerberg, Bolder Luxembourg is a licensed Professional of the Financial Sector (PSF), officially registered for fund and pension fund management activities. As part of the Bolder Group’s international network across 18 countries, the Luxembourg office provides a boutique, client-focused approach.

Our core services include fund administration and corporate services, tailored to the needs of fund managers, corporations, and high-net-worth clients. We combine global reach with flexible, comprehensive solutions designed to support clients in navigating complex financial and corporate structures.

2° You have recently decided to join L3A - what are the key reasons behind this?

Partnering with L3A allows Bolder Luxembourg S.A. to strengthen its compliance capabilities and deliver broader, value-added solutions to clients. We strongly identify with L3A’s mission to foster collaboration, promote excellence, and engage constructively with regulatory and industry stakeholders. We are particularly interested in contributing to working groups and knowledge-sharing initiatives that shape the future of the fund administration landscape.
