1° Can you outline the history and activity of your company in a few words?
We are a well-known team of recruitment professionals who have been operating on the Luxembourg market for almost 20 years and with over 150 years of recruitment experience between the team. In 2019 we established Anderson Wise, an independent Recruitment & Executive Search firm and we are proud to be ‘Made in Luxembourg’. Among our team, we have 8 nationalities and speak 7 different languages enabling us to reach many jurisdictions to attract talent to Luxembourg.
2° You have recently decided to join L3A - what are the key reasons behind this?
We have been active in the Luxembourg Financial Services sector for many years and have helped over 3000 people within the Luxembourg Fund Industry and Corporate Services sector develop their careers, some of whom are in key leadership positions. The L3A is an ideal platform to extend our visibility.
3° What do you believe you can offer to L3A and the alternative administrator provider ecosystem?
Anderson Wise is at the forefront of driving initiatives to attract companies and talent to Luxembourg. We are members of ALFI, LPEA, LBAN, ILA, LuxReal, AmCham, British Chamber of Commerce, British-Luxembourg Society, and a founding member of the Business Club Luxembourg – United Kingdom, powered by the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and the Luxembourg Embassy in London. We are supportive of the new Talent Hub Luxembourg driven by the Ministry of Economy and are regular participants and panellists at local and international events, promoting the Luxembourg for Finance #Move2Lux movement and our very own #Talent4Lux campaign.
