1° Can you outline the history and activity of your company in a few words?
AlphaOmega was founded in 2017 in Luxembourg. We’re a fintech team of 70 people, focused on fund registration and regulatory reporting (AIFMD, PRIIPs) for over a hundred clients. We produce 500,000+ reports a year using a cloud-based platform. Our clients include top-tier fund managers, and we’re all about making compliance easier for them.
2° You have recently decided to join L3A - what are the key reasons behind this?
AlphaOmega decided to join L3A because it provides a unique opportunity to be part of a network that’s shaping the future of asset management in Luxembourg. As a member, AlphaOmega can stay ahead of regulatory trends, connect with other key industry players, and contribute to the collective development of best practices in the sector.
