The L3A "Remote Work Recommendations" aims to provide organizations with a clear, compliant, and trusted framework for remote working, aligned with Luxembourg laws, CSSF expectations, and collective conventions. Its objective is to promote consistency, compliance, and confidence across supervised entities.
Key principles covered include eligibility for remote work, secure and approved work locations, IT and data protection requirements, cross-border limitations related to tax and social security, and the role of managers in maintaining substance, collaboration, and company culture.
