L3A has an objective :

 

• to promote the interests of the leading Luxembourg based domiciliatories, in its broadest sense ;

• to defend the professional interests of its affiliate members.

​

It will try to achieve these goals by means of :

 

• organising seminars and other gatherings ;

• coordinating projects and initiatives that would be too costly and difficult to realise if initiated individually ;

• assuring the promotion of the domiciliating companies’ missions ;

• defending the interests of the domiciliation industry towards the authorities, through its representation in various consultative bodies and commissions, both on national and international level ;

• by strengthening the communication with the (local) authorities, other professional organisations and associations, and other associative organisations.

L3A a pour objet:

 

• de promouvoir les intérêts des domiciliataires de sociétés de premier plan établis au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, dans le sens le plus large du terme ;

• de défendre les intérêts professionnels des membres affiliés.

Elle tente de réaliser ces objectifs notamment:

 

• en organisant des séminaires et autres rencontres ;

• en développant à un niveau central des initiatives qui seraient trop coûteuses ou difficilement réalisables pour un membre individuel ;

• en assurant la promotion des missions des domiciliataires de sociétés ;

• en défendant les intérêts des domiciliataires de sociétés à l’égard des autorités, notamment en siégeant dans divers organes de concertation et commissions, tant sur le plan national qu’international ;

• en entretenant des contacts avec les autorités, d’autres organisations professionnelles, les Chambres professionnelles et autres institutions sociétaires.
